DS lite don't work after repair.

Hello,

I've repaired my DS lite (because the upper screen didn't work).

After that, I reassembled it and it doesn't work anymore (I can see the green light but it turns out one second later). I tried to tear down it a second time and reassemble again but nothing changed.

Even when I plug it to a power supply, the orange light is missing. So, do you know the problem?

Hi!

I had the exact same problem, i got the dsl up and running by checking all the ribon cabels. I guess they werent attached correctly. They have to be pushed all the way in. I still havent got the red light to work thoug :/

Anyone got an idea?

just try it again.. if doesn't work.. clean the ribbon tip (the copper strip at the end), with cotton buds dip in a 70% solution alcohol.. wipe it gently and then wait until it dries (about a seconds).. then put it all again..
