My phone won't turn on

The BLU Grand M2 was released in October of 2017.

When I push the power on button the phone won't turn on but the light turns on and stays on

Hello there,

Any more details would be helpful. Average battery life, any recent drops of the phone, OS version? Could be SW issue.

Have you tried booting it in safe mode or “odin mode”?
