My Shield has recently started not responding to any touch on the screen. I’ve tried a stylus and it doesn’t work either. I can’t get it to unlock. I try turning it off and on. Other times it works fine.
Thoughts??

My tablet does the same thing. I swapped the motherboard into a second K1 and the problem followed. Is there a way to check the motherboard for issues?
