Flash Firmware From MacPro1,1 to MacPro2,1 OSX 10.7

I have upgraded CPU’s from Dual dual 2.66MHz 4 cores to Dual Quad 3.0MHz 8 cores but am having the devil of a time flashing it from 1,1 to 2,1

I have tried the “MacPro2006-2007FirmwareTool.zip “ which errors out with a code of 5530

Apple “Mac Pro EFI Firmware Update 1.2” which says it doesn’t need the update

So I need a little help

My existing setup:

MacPro 2006 1,1, dual 3.0MHz “unknown processor”, 8 Cores, OSX 10.7, 16GB Ram
