As far as I know, there aren’t currently any replacement glass casings on the market. It’s a very new phone! You’ll just have to be patient for suppliers to get some stock, and maybe consider a case…
It most likely won’t be water resistant after a replacement, but if it’s cracked it definitely isn’t water resistant anymore anyways.

ubreakifix seems like they have parts in stock. Not something you can do yourself but if you need it fixed, definitely an option.
You can replace the back glass yourself, but remember, heat is your best friend! totally not something that jerryrigerverything said ;p

It will become less water resistant depending on the type of adhesive and type of way you seal up the back.
