I’ve just replaced an iPhone 7 screen with a non genuine. The screen works once then after locking there is no touch

The digitizer is most likely faulty. Try and get a genuine variant to ensure that it works.

Probably, either low quality, or not setup properly. You will probably have to buy a new one. I would suggest attempting to return it, or have it exchanged for a better one, or try to find a genuine one.
