MacBook Pro 2007 No Power LED on charger after forgot display grnd

Ok so right after preforming a reflow, I plugged it in and it turned on so I powered it back off and plugged in the rest of the connectors and waited for my thermal paste to arrive. I then tested it again with all the connectors disconnected except the power and the display connector and this time it turned on and back off. Now when I plug it in, there is no green led on the charger and when I press the power button on the keyboard nothing happens. Is there anything for me to try to get it to work again? Is it because I forgot to screw in the display ground screw or something else?
