I have a next book and about 1/4 of screen don't work at bottom in portrait on right side when turned help

What is the model number of the tablet?
It appears that the digitizer (touchscreen) either has a loose connection to the systemboard or is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Depending on the model number, digitizers are available online.
