Is there a way to get the cover pushed down?

I noticed that the previous times the phone was opened the 3 tabs at the top of my iphone X got very loose, in fact when i was closing it, two of them just snapped off! So now the top part of my iphone is super loose when closing the screen after opening it up. Is there an easy way to get the top part to stay completely closed? Was thinking about trying to reweld the tabs back on….

Other than an adhesive, not really. If using adhesive, you want to be careful to make sure it isn’t covering any important sensors. Welding the tabs on can be difficult, as you will need to get the exact size of the tabs proper.

I have the original tabs still. They just kinda snapped off.

Maybe try epoxy to set them back on.
