Won't charge or turn on

So my mom’s laptop won’t charge at all, we’ve tried it with a 3rd party charger which used to work and tried a new one. It won’t turn on without the battery, we tried to open it up but it had one screw that we couldn’t get open and it said ODD beneath it. I think the charging port is broken but how would I replace it?
