My left side won't give any sound

I just got a refurbished hesh 2 but the left side gives no sound while the right side has perfect output.

most common issue is a bad solder connection on the male headphone plug. Start checking that first. Different headphones here How to Replace the Audio Jack but the steps are the same.

Hello. Assuming it’s an issue with the headphones and not your phone,it would most likely be a bad speaker,or bad wiring. If you carefully open the speaker cover,usually a plastic snap on part under the ear cushion,you can check if the wires are connected. If any are disconnected,that would be why. If not,it could still be a wiring issue.

You can solder wires.

By the way,you should try another pair of earbuds or headphones if you have one lying around…just to make sure.

Also don't forget to check the aux cord most Skullcandy headphones have removable aux cords and it could be a worn-out cord not just the jack.
