Can I repair broken IR and Fan connectors - sheered off at logic board

I have a Mac mini mid-2011. I installed an SSD as the second drive.

It works but I have broken the IR and Fan connectors - sheered them off at the logic board.

Is it possible to repair these two connectors with “micro-soldering”?

What tools do I need to do that please?

@cooker47 that will depend on how they are broken and if they destroyed the solder pads. If so, you will most likely have to run some jumper. There are no schematics or boardview for the Mac Mini so that would mean it could get tough. If the pad are still decent, you can resolder the connectors (or buy new ones if the originals are destroyed). Take a look at the answer I popped off the fan connection from the logic board...Fix? and see how to solder it. Different connector, same idea. Post some images of our damage so we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

I would directly solder wires to motherboard
