Why won't my camera stay on?

If you turn camera on lens comes out and immediately goes back in, Won’t stay on but a few seconds..Help, It’s fully charged and has a new SD card.

anitaconley57  this “lens comes out and immediately goes back in “ is a common problem with a lens that can’t fully extend etc. Take a look on here for a possible solution. Most of the time I find myself replacing the complete lens. Let us know the exact model of your camera.
