Is it possible to upgrade the HDD to a SSD drive?
I recently brought a new 13" macbook pro, model no-A1278. It shipped with a 320 GB (5200 RPM) HDD. Can i upgrade it to a SSD drive ?

yes you can. you dont need a special connector or anything. any standard sata 2.5" ssd drive work natively. the corsair realSSD is the best i've seen, since its a sata-III drive, and your shiny new macbook pro just happens to ship with a sata-III port! those are expensive though, and honestly, in real life situations, you wont notice the speed difference between it and say, a cheapo kingston SSDNow, which you can probably find on ebay or amazon for like $150 (128gb)

Yes, if you get the right connector. The 240GB Vertex 2 SSD would be my first choice.
Also This Drive is a good choice as well. (just be sure that the dimensions fit)

Thanks wise for ur reply. What type of connector required and from where i can get it? How much that SSD cost ?
I've read on forums that the intel SSD X25 is the best choice. Google it, it has the same connector as the standard HD. It costs $215 and its 120GB.
