phone charges slow and won't hold charge

My phone charges extremely slow( takes hours to get to 30 percent from 0, and does not hold a charge.

Does it charge all the way to 100% eventually?

Have you tried a different compatible charger?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
