Can't steer my left stick of my pc xbox 360 controller down

L have this probleme a wile (1 week ago) spesialy when l play fifa.l can't steer my left stick down.l can steer it up,right,left but it does not steer down.the contoller is still new this is the 3 time using it and l can't get a new one because l don't have the waranty pls help me.
