Why won't my Bluetooth come on
Every time I slide it to the on 5 seconds later it switches back to off but it never comes on why

There could be many issues concerning this but the two main issues is the connectivity of the Bluetooth to the circuit board and the Bluetooth chip itself not working and needs to be replaced.
