If the motherboard is shot, the only option is a data recovery service that will probably remove the memory chip and copy all the data off it. This is something that is possible to do at home, but is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and requires lots of practice and expensive tools, which most people dont have. This is why you should make backups of data this important. The recovery service will probably cost 100+ dollars. So if this is very important data, do the service. If you can live without it, its gone. There's no easy way. Sorry
Unless you take it to a repair shop and they figure out why the board doesnt work. If they cant fix it, then the solution above is the only one.
