Wiper's won't turn off

2013 Honda Accord LX. Windshield wipers won't turn off. Replaced the main wiper switch at the steering wheel (on the opposite side from the turn signal) with the brand new one from Honda - didn't help. Replaced the wiper motor - with the brand new from Honda - it din't help. I must pull out the 7.5 Amp fuse to make the wipers stop. Desperate for a solution!

Are they automatic rain sensing wipers? If so, then they are just doing there job. If not raining though, then I'd be looking at the sensor.

However I always say this, always scan your vehicle before suspecting or purchasing anything.
