Machine won't turn on after removing bottom plate/display
Hi All, A customer brought in a Lenovo Yoga 900. The screen would blank out intermittently. The screen would come on/off while adjusting the screen position. But sometimes it would come back on when pressing a key without physically moving the screen.
I took off the bottom plate to look for any cable issues. Everything looked fine. I also removed the screws for the display, separated the display, and put it back.
Now it will not turn on after I put it back together.
Any thoughts?
Thank You in advance

Hi @fixco ,
Does it turn on with the charger connected?
Do you get Power LED indication at all when connecting the charger to the laptop?
Did you disconnect the battery at all?
Here's a link to the service manual, if you haven't got one ;-)

try disconnecting the screen and powering the laptop on with an external display
