My JBL won't turn on and shows no lights

My JBL was charging and the next morning I tried to turn it on and it won’t turn on. It doesn’t show any indicator lights that it’s charging. Any help would be amazing!

I’ve just bought 2 JBL Charge 4 Speakers few days ago, 1 was doing fine, but, the other one can be turned only when it’s charging/plugged and also it turns on by itself even if it’s off for a time being… if it’s not plugged, it doesn’t turn on by pushing the power button or any button
