after updating my note 2 to an unofficial android 5.5 it stopped configuring s pen that only works for clicking now . no air view or s pen settings any more

You need to flash back to original Samsung stock firmware if you want the S-Pen functions to work properly. And in most cases you will probably have to do a factory reset which will lose data, so if you do so make sure to backup before flashing.
