@paulbags it is possible that your engine has seized. Remove the plugs and see if you can turn the engine over with the help of a proper size socket and breaker bar. Don't use your starter for this.

Thank you exactly right I pulled out the spark plugs one cylinder had clear sighs of having had water in it the motor was seized I filled all for cylinders with oil and left it for two days got my spanner and bar and managed to turn the motor over after half an hour a bit of wd40 it become that easy to turn I cranked it over with the starter motor a bit of petrol in the cylinders to clean them out plugs back in hit the key and it started straight away a bit smokey for a while but now you couldn't tell running like a dream THANK YOU
