My phone can't work when power on

my phone cannot work when power on, only ran logo of samsung

previously i used till lowerest battery and shut down.

then, i recharged and restart, but only ran logo

how can i do?

White Samsung logo you will probably have to wipe phone but try flashing firmware first.
