Why can't I factory reset my phone or external reset

Motorola Droid Turbo

Released 2014, October; Android 0S, v4.4.4, up to v5.1; 32/64GB storage and exclusive to Verizon Wireless.

i also had a same problem on i did it by upgrade firmware so,you have try to upgrade firmware of the phone,It`s may help you
