Why can't I get it past the email part?
I reset this tablet once and sense then it will not get past the part where u put your email in

@britbiersack it requires this email to be the one that was used to originally sign in. If you do not have that, or if you are not the original owner, you are going to run into some trouble with that. Check on here for a possible solution. Otherwise check youtube.com for more options.
