Samsung Logo appears and goes Black Screen and LED stays solid blue

This unit has been getting to me.

The initial issue was a random OS installed was causing some issues with Samsung features. He also noted that the phone would restart itself time by time for no reason.

Thinking it was no biggie, I flashed the OS with the stock OS from Samsung Switch.

I was able to back it up, restore the information, all good!

Turned it off and left it charging so his notification would not constantly ring.

Came back to turn it on. The Samsung S7 Logo appears and then black screen and solid LED Blue.

None of the manual commands work - - Power + Vol Down + Up, etc. I eventually left it alone to die and came back plugged it into the charger, works. Try to turn it on, same issue.

Is this the board causing the issue or a possible corrupted OS?
