Washer spins/drains, won't start wash cycle.

Maytag Centennial was leaking from underneath, I took it apart and checked hoses/connections/pump, everything looked fine. Reassembled, no more leak, but now it hums instead of starting wash cycle. It will spin well, and drains fine, but won't fill/begin wash cycle, and after it's done spinning for spin cycle, it starts humming again.
