Bose Soundlink Bluetooth Mobile Speaker II was originally released in September 2012 as an upgrade from the original device. It has an effective range of 30 feet and a battery life of up to 8 hours.

The AUX doesn't work, the Jack Socket was broken

I have a Bose bluetooth speaker II, the hole of AUX was broken, how can I fix it.

Thank you very much!

@chunxia this sounds like the AUX has come off and been pushed in. this guidewill get you to the boards. then take a couple of good pictures and post those with your question. It will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Most likely soldering a new connector to it should resolve the problem.

Hi, I have the same problem: is the AUX port definitely soldered on, or is there a way to fix this issue without soldering? Thanks, Lucas
