How can I disassemble Doogee Y6 Max?

Someone could help me, please. How can I disassemble Y6 Max? I need to change the USB Board. It's so difficult to open. Althought it are under warranty, I can't ship because I live in Brazil. I already have a USB board to replace.

Take it back to where you got it if it is under warranty and request that it either be repaired or replaced.

I can't to send my cell phone to warranty because I live in Brazil and it's to expensive to send. So I bought the USB card to replace it with the defective card. And for the replacement, I also need to unmount the cell phone.

It appears that this thing is extremely difficult to work on. Here's a video of a guy that did it but won't do it again as it took him and hour just to open it:

Hi, I bought it on the internet at DX.com about 8 months. I've seen this video. It does not show the cell being unmounted.

That because no one wants to do this repair.

As I said I had the same problem and ordered a USB board (witch include mic) on Aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/DOOGEE-Y...).

Firstly if you're not confident with soldering and de-soldering you should consider buying one with vibrator and speaker as they are connected by soldered wires to the board.

To remove the back aluminium simply use a "mediator type" tool.

I recorded a little video of disassembly but I'm not a pro : https://photos.app.goo.gl/n15VVmt4CXSjsC...

Then unscrew the 4 screws and the usb board is "glued" to the plate with a double side sticker not easy to unglue. You should also take care of the little cable

Then unsolder vibrator and speaker and fix them to new board and mount all back.

I may have some other videos if you need.

My Y6 Max works now great ;)

I created this account just to thank you, I didn't know I could buy an usb board for my phone, it stopped working today and it just doesn't charge, I'm sure it's not the battery, it's the stupid port, I just have a problem and that is with soldering, I don't know how to do it but I'll ask for help, I don't know where to get a board with vibrator and speaker, because as you said, it would be easier, but thanks a lot man

It seems to be quite easy. I will post photos when I do this.
