My tablet won't open my emails

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2012

A 10.1 inch Samsung tablet computer with a 1.4 GHz processor, 1280x800 pixel LCD, and 149 ppi multi-touch display. The model number of the device is GT-N8013ZW. Released August 2012, repair of this device is straightforward.

My tablet won't open my emails

My tablet will not open any emails in my inbox, it opens FB and YouTube, but not gmail

For me simple, text only, emails open but more complex ones don't. Strangely they appear instantly if I hint 'reply' or 'forward'.

or the email issues, go to the App Manager, select Email, and Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, then open the Email app, tap Menu>Settings, and remove your email accounts. Then add them back again.

No clear cache, so if remove email accounts, means I have to set up the account again ? Also enter all email addresses ??? Should there be a clear cache somewhere?
