Why won't it turn on?

So I have a Toshiba Satellite C55t-A5123

The laptop didn't want to turn on one day.

I've noticed a few things,

A.) Does not turn on any LED showing that it's charging or has power, power button doesn't light up.

B.) I don't think the battery was dead before this but it may be.

C.) The charger does not get warm like normal when plugged in.

D.) I've done all the simple stuff like taking out CMOS battery and waiting, holding button, charger only, the battery only, etc etc.

Any Ideas?

If after all you've tried you get absolutely nothing the charger may be dead, try a new one.

So I finally got a charger, let it sit a whole 24 hours, no indicator light nothing, charger works. Think it might be the charging port?

It could be, it could also be the motherboard has died. There's no way to tell without measuring voltages directly on the board, sorry.
