Apple Watch screens the same?

Hi, I have a series 0 apple watch with a bad screen. I was wondering if I could take a series 1 or 2 apple watch screen and replace it with one of those? I'm not sure if they changed anything with the different series that may make it unusable with the others. Thanks for you help.

I'm pretty sure series 2 won't work as they have different connectors. But what about series 0 and 1? They have practically the same screen.

you can bring to a repair shop and try series 1, i think it normally will be same, but can't make sure.
