The March 2015 update of Apple's 13" MacBook Pro Retina Display, model A1502, features fifth-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and introduces the Force Touch trackpad.

It says... "There isn't a keyboard connected. "

Hi,

My 2015 macbook pro 13' suddenly shows me a window that says Bluettoth Keyboard setup, there isn't a keyboard connected after about a day of sleep mode.

It worked perfectly two days ago and now I am stuck in login window.

I reset smc and doesn't let me reset nvram.

Also, it does not get me into recovery mode. (option, command, r) .

Would you please tell me what's the problem and how to fix this?

Thank you

Do a nvram reset with an external usb keyboard if that does not work remove the back plate and disconnect and reconnect the keyboard ribbon.

All this assuming you didn't spill any liquid on your keyboard

I had this problem on my Mac Pro (cylinder box computer). I got the message that there was no keyboard and I could not get the mouse to work. resolved it by checking the connections from the monitor to the cylinder. One of the connections was slightly loose. By inserting it more firmly, the mouse began to work.
