I got a visual land tablet this christmas and it's been working fine all up until now. I tried opening the tablet and when it opens the screen won't respond to my tapping. I can't get past the lock screen and I have tried hard resetting it multiple times and it still won't work. Please help me if you can, I don't want to have to replace it.

Has the tablet been dropped ? It sounds like you need a new digitizer

The digitizer must be the issue. I can't give out any repair guides because there isn't any, but that's the best I can state from here.
