Josie Johnson , Beats Pill 2.0 no sound when connected to blue tooth device, It is recommended by Beats that you do a reset on your Beats Pill and if that does not fix the issue use Beats updater to update your pill. Link below for reset and updating instruction. Good luck.

Do you get sound out of the speaker if you connect audio from a source e.g. headphone jack of a mobile phone, via a stereo audio cable to the aux input jack of the speaker?
