iPad Apps Won't Start Up Or Load

iPad apps won't open up when I select them. They open for two seconds then close. Just upgraded to 4.2.1 maybe a problem with this new OS?

Try restoring. The 4.2.1 upgrade file is ~600 mb, even though it verifies the file, there may be something that went wrong in the upgrade process.

Sounds Like what I will try doing next. That seems to make sense because I remember something weird happening towards the end of the download. Next step is to do a complete restore and resync with my backup file.
