I need the technical doc to finish repairing it.

Blender Kenmore Elite model 81761

Hello,

I have taken the blades apart and i know for sure that a joint/washer burnt (it did smell and there was a bit of black matter left).

I only need to see the schema of all pieces which forms the blade to buy the missing joint and piece it together.

See both pictures:

Hi,

Here is a link which gives the available parts for your blender.

Unfortunately it shows that the blade assembly is only available as a complete unit. It is not broken down into its component parts.

Click on your particular model number and then click on the diagram of the blender to see all the available parts.

The 3rd model number listed (10090001), no longer has the blade assembly available.

Whilst it is not what you were after hopefully it is of some help. At least you will know, if you didn't before, what a replacement blade assembly costs and that it is available.

Hello Jayef and thanks you for the attempt, unfortunately i already went through this way...

The blender is perfectly working except that it leaks at the level of the blades. A simple joint should do the trick but i cannot see where it goes. I just cannot believe a main brand like that give up so easily on models. And it is suppose to be an Elite item.

Hi @blondbear,

I may be wrong but is the part you need called the 'gasket' (Item #4 in the parts display layout in the link)? I cannot see anything in your picture of the blade assembly that resembles what I think item #4 looks like. Again unfortunately it is no longer available for any model listed. Perhaps a food grade nylon, silicone washer of the correct dimension may do the trick of stopping the leak

Hi,

Number 4 (gasket) is visible on link http://fabydesign.com/images/blade.jpg

It is grey, large, inside the parts that screws in. I had removed the blade from its socket.

Hi @blondbear

It seems that they want you to buy the replacement blade assembly.

You could try contacting Sears parts and ask if they know the make up of the blade assembly to see if you do have all the parts and one is just worn and not missing. Ph. 1 800 491 3457
