How to fix 98 Honda crv brake lights that won't turn on?

HELP !! I have a 98 honda crv , the brake lights aren't working. The tail lights work perfectly, we changed all the fuses. The ones under the steering wheel, and the fuse box under the hood. Still nothing. I even checked the brake switch and it looks how its suppose to . When I step on the brake pad, it makes a light click noise, not too sure if its the brake switch or a wire.. I don't think its the bulbs because all 3 of the brake lights aren't working , but the tail lights work. Someone please HELP!

Hi, Remove the wire connector from the brake pedal switch and then use a DMM (Digital MultiMeter - Ohmmeter function) across the switch terminals, to prove that you have continuity through the switch when it is operated.
