Why is Power Light OFF, Paper & Ink lights are Flashing Red?

What would cause the error: Power Light is OFF, Paper & Ink lights are Flashing Red? The prints were declining and then while trying to clean heads and improve printing these lights started flashing and the printer no longer works. I am able to repair the printer on my own but would love some help in diagnosing or figuring out what parts to replace. The only minor issues I ever had in the life of the printer was pulling multiple sheets through or re-feeding paper. Any help is appreciated. It would seem there are 3 main parts that could even be replaced? Page feeder, housing or printhead?? Thank you!
