My wifi and Bluetooth won't turn on

Is the wifi board located on the midframe or is it directly on the board. I have an issue with my S6 with the wifi and Bluetooth not turning on at all. Tried multiple restarts and factory resets I just noticed that I have no sound either so the speaker on the midframe seems to be toast as well. Would you think this is the midframe contacts causing this issue? If so how would I repair this?

Phone still got warranty? Get it replaced. Otherwise the Wi-Fi ic / chip needs to be replaced.

has the phone been opened?

The wifi/bluetooth chip is soldered directly to the motherboard. Sounds like the phone has probably experienced a substantial impact at some point, but there could be other causes. If your frame is bent I find it unlikely that the speaker contacts would have lost contact. Either way, your wifi/bt issue will most likely require a board level repair to replace the chip. You want to be very selective about what shop you let attempt this. An inexperienced tech could easily make this bad situation worse. Either way, I cant see it costing less than $125 with around a 10 day turn around time if you can find a reputable repair shop and have to send it off. I would personally contact iPad Rehab in New York and ask if they'll take the repair.

Of course there's always the possibility that some files in the system partition have somehow become corrupted, in which case a factory reset wouldn't help. In that case you'd need to reflash the phone's stock software from a computer using the Odin tool and a tar image of your phone's firmware. But again, this sounds more like hardware to me

I have already tried a different rom and re-flashed the stock rom via Odin to no avail. I have also removed the board and checked it over and also cleaned the contacts with iso (99%) alcohol. Im assuming now I have a motherboard issue which is unfortunate because I love the phone and also have the GearVR which is virtually pointless to have with the phone with no wifi/Bluetooth or sound lol
