headphone socket not working

so i swapped the housing for my iPhone, everything else works, lighting connector, speaker, vibration, but 3.5mm headphone jack doesn't.

when i plug in any headphones and play music, it plays through the speaker, so it can even detect there are headphones in it

You probably need to replace the lightning dock assembly. The headphone jack is connected to it.
