I'll bet it's your water outlet housing they always break at the seams I've attached pics of mine I just replaced kinda drew around were to look to verify squeeze upper radiator hose (add water of empty and watch it bubble at seam the part is what the upper radiator hose clamps to

I don't know this specific car but it could be a radiator hose like on BMW or P38 Range Rover, another possibility is condensed water of the aircon if you have that.

Last but not least, check if it is soapy, in that case it is a screen wash hose
