One dot on touch screen not working after water damage.

So, a few weeks back i dropped my iPhone 5 in some water.. It is all working fine and the actual screen itself is all good! But there is one spot on the keyboard where the touchscreen does not seem to be working at all :( This spot is letter one letter big which makes it very irritating as most of the screen works...

Anything I could try doing?

Is there a darker spot above the area that won't work? Not much you can do as it sounds like the digitiser has been damaged so you'll have to buy a new display (can't just order the digitiser as it is fused to the led screen)
