Ic charging chip, components/capacitors missing
Hi I was wondering if you could help me, I've got an iPhone 6 which is working fine but it is not charging, I changed charge port and still the same, so I narrowed it down to the ic charging chip, I have removed the chip but two tiny capacitors are missing either side of the chip. Do you know what these are called and what they are for? And could you direct to a place that may be able to replace these parts, any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

Jamie Larcombe possible that those are the right parts. for as long as we cannot see what you are missing, there is no way to answer that. Post an image of where the parts are missing with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Otherwise we cannot confirm or assist you with your question.
