Released in 2012, easily identifiable by the "P774A" imprinted on the back of the tablet.

My P774A's screen is cracked, and unresponsive to touch.

I dropped my device on concrete and the screen is cracked. The device no longer responds to touch and I am unable to login to the device. Everything else on the device seems to be working well, although I can't really tell, because I can't access the home page.

It sounds like the best solution for both problems would be a digitizer replacement. The digitizer is the hardware that translates your touch to the device. It also provides the external screen. Replacing the digitizer would provide you with a new screen and repaired touch response. Consult our repair guide for replacement instructions.
