1 My blu studio 5.5 acts like it is turning on. But doesn't
When I power my blu studio bold 5.5 it goes to the screen of colored bubbles when it first turns on like it is going to turn on but doesn't turn on it just repeats the same screen over an over it is factory reset an reboot data wipe clean everything but doesn't turn on can somebody please help me

I can give my number an send a video of what it is doing I have factory set it an cleared it an doing so the entire time screen didnt act up or flash but when I turn it on it just keeps repeating the power screen

I have not been able to get into the phone only way I have reset it is hard reset factory by pressing up/down an power button an home icon at same time an recovery an factory mode shows up
