1 Why doesn't the heater/ac and power windows work?
Whenever I start the car the power windows do not work and the heater/ac won't turn on as well. Sometimes they both run but most of the time they do not run. I have looked at the fuses and have not found any of them are bad. I am not sure where to look or what to do.

Do the power windows work when you turn the key to on but do not start the engine? Unlikely that it is a fuse since the error is intermittent. Besides the fuses, what else have you checked? Both of those accessories do have relays, so that is where I would start.

The windows do not work in accessory position. The only other thing that I tried is simulating starting the car while I was driving this started heater and windows, but it only worked once.
