When I put my CD into the CD drive and close it, nothing happens! It won't read the drive, I think because nothing comes up on the screen. What's wrong with it?

Ahsan, a potential reason for this could be a bad drive. Or the computer might not be registering it. If it's the former, this'll require a replacement. aliahsan95, this could be caused by a bad drive. Of course, always make sure that it is BIOS enabled. If it is, consider changing your optical drive. This video should help with that.
