Phone doesn't power on

HI everyone,

I had a customer bring me their galaxy s4 and said that it would not charge or turn back on. She swapped batteries with a fully charge one and still would not want to turn on even while plugged in. She wold like if I could recover her pictures, do you guys have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this phone, I've even tried recover mode and it turns on then turns right back off. I did notice that the PCB gets real hot in the center.
